The Coop is celebrating Point Arena's Almost Fring

The Coop is celebrating Point Arena's Almost Fringe Festival by offering four local Mendocino County wines for festival-goers to sample. Mendocino County has a long and rich history of wine-making, from the introduction of Zinfandel by Italian farmers on the Mendocino Ridge in the early 1800s to the production today of outstanding Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays in the Anderson Valley. Mendocino’s Frey Vineyards was the first organic winery in the US and the County’s vineyards include both small and large producers of award-winning, highly rated wines made from a wide range of grape varieties. (Try our Powicana Farm’s 100% Petite Sirah.)
